OUR TECHNOLOGY
Investment in new technology delivers enhanced customer service
Technology, some of it proprietorial, has been a constant investment at OCP. Our production line is managed by a PSM machine. Our delivery system, based on Roadtrack, complemented by an integrated barcode system, allows both ourselves and our customers to know precisely where their orders are.
OCP is a manufacturer of ISPM 15 compliant Pallets through our kiln heat treatment centre. We are a Timcom registered company and NSAI audited to supply Heat Treated Pallets which are required specification for outside the EU.

Fergal Conroy
CEO
Fergal is a graduate of Dublin Institute of technology and has been involved in the Family Pallet industry since Leaving school. Fergal’s entrepreneurial vision and drive are the key to Oliver Conroy Pallets Ltd continued growth and expansion. The Company’s sustained performance, development and growth is testament to his leadership skills and entrepreneurial awareness. His quality ethos and cautious decision making, has earned Oliver Conroy Pallets Ltd the reputation as a solid family owned company. Fergal is a family man and a highly respected member of the business community.
Niall Conroy
Head of Production and Logistics
Niall is a co – shareholder and director of Oliver Conroy Pallets Ltd. After finishing college Niall worked for 12 years as production and logistics manager for Klasmann Deilmann a multinational horticultural company located in Westmeath. In 2001 Niall joined Oliver Conroy Pallets in the same role as Production and Logistics manager. He is a hands on manager on site every day ensuring the quality of production and logistics is maintained at all times. He is responsible for the management of the company’s fleet of vehicles to ensure that the highest level of service is maintained to all customers and suppliers. Niall is a keen golfer and family man and like Fergal is a highly respected member of the business community.
Terry Boland
Head of Sales & Quality Assurance
Terry Boland is Head of Sales and Quality Assurance at Oliver Conroy Pallets Ltd since 2014. Terry ran his own pallet business until moving to Oliver Conroy Pallets and brings an in-depth knowledge of the industry and range of experience and expertise to Oliver Conroy Pallets Ltd.
As head of sales his main focus is customer service and ensuring Oliver Conroy Pallets Ltd customers are receiving a quality product and service at all times.Terry is a family man, a keen martial arts tutor and is heavily involved in voluntary organisations including Foroige /downsyndrome ireland etc.
